Mandi Eberle

Assistant Dean of Automation, Energy, and Advanced Technology - Certifying Official for the XR for VR Grant

 
Mandi Eberle
Mandi Eberle is an Assistant Dean for the Automation, Energy and Advanced Technology Division at Bismarck State College (BSC). She also serves as XR for VR’s Certifying Official. She previously served as the XR for VR Project Director and the Student Accessibility Coordinator at BSC. Eberle's professional experience also includes roles as an Educator in the Mandan School District and the Kidder County School District.

Fun Fact: Mandi loves spending time with her family, outdoor activities and traveling to new places.

Shannon Coulter

XR for VR Project Director

Shannon Coulter
Shannon Coulter is the Project Director for the federally funded XR for VR initiative at Bismarck State College. She holds a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Mary and has led multiple projects at BSC, including an international collaboration with Saudi Arabia. Her work focuses on helping employers fill workforce needs while preparing individuals with disabilities to obtain Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE).

Fun Fact: Shannon loves spending time with her husband and adult children and adores her grandpups!

Bruce Klootwyk Jr.

XR for VR Career Coach 

Bruce Klootwyk Jr.
Bruce Klootwyk Jr. is the Career Coach for the federally funded XR for VR initiative at Bismarck State College. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Mary. Klootwyk has dedicated his life to being an Advocate for all and a pioneer in the world of technology. His work allows him to motivate, prepare, and support individuals with disabilities to obtain Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE). Bruce loves having the opportunity to assist others in making their lives as rewarding as possible. 

Fun Fact: Bruce grew up playing and coaching Baseball. He has been to nineteen of the thirty professional baseball stadiums and has the goal to experience the other eleven.

Mansi Pagare

Data Analyst and Peer Mentor Coordinator

Mansi Pagare
Mansi Pagare is the Data Analyst and Peer Mentor Coordinator for the XR for VR grant. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Informatics and has a strong background in research and biotechnology, with a couple of academic publications.

In her role, she uses data to spot patterns, track results, and improve processes. She also helps make workflows smoother and leads student peer mentors, supporting their efforts to increase participant engagement and teamwork.

Cole Edwardson

XR for VR Automation Manufacturing Peer Mentor

Cole Edwardson
Cole Edwardson is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity while serving as an embedded tutor for a foundational Cybersecurity course he previously completed. He is passionate about learning and applying his knowledge to help others, using his skills to solve problems and support his peers in their academic journey.

Fun Fact: One time, I applied for a once-in-a-lifetime Bull Elk tag lottery and got it on the first try. (People apply for multiple years to try to get one.)

Adrianna Aguayo

XR for VR Automation Manufacturing Peer Mentor 

Adrianna Aguayo
Adrianna is a student here at Bismarck State College, majoring in Mechatronic Engineering. Passionate about the future of manufacturing, robotics, and AI, she plans to pursue a career in the evolving field of automation and advanced technology. Having previously worked with students with disabilities, Adrianna was drawn to this role because it allows her to continue making a positive impact. Recognized as BSC’s Outstanding Student in her field of study, she is known for her teamwork, advocacy, and dedication to helping others succeed. Outside of school and work, she has a family of five and enjoys cooking. 

Fun Fact: As a Sneaker Enthusiast, I have over 50 pairs of shoes in my growing collection... Yes, it’s currently growing!
