Transportation: 
  • Flights on Delta: Bismarck – Minneapolis – Amsterdam-Frankfurt 
  • Transfer from Frankfurt to Heidelberg hotel
  • Train transportation from Heidelberg to Munich Coach transportation from Munich hotel to Airport 
Accommodation:
  • 2 nights in Heidelberg at the Crown Plaza City Center 
    • The Crowne Plaza Hotel has all of the amenities, fitness, wifi, and walking distance to OldTown Heidelberg and the Schloss Heidelberg.
  • 4 nights in Munich at the Mercer Muenchen Ost Messe 
    • Wi-Fi, in-room safe, a mini bar, flat-screen TV, a lounge area and direct dial phone for a comfortable stay in Munich. Each room features a modern bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer and toiletries.
Tour Inclusions:
  • Buffett Breakfast each day at hotel.
  • Half day of sightseeing in Munich with tour of Dachau concentration camp.
    • Munich is home to Olympic Stadium, Kinigsplatz, Bavarian Arch of Triumph, MarienPlatz, Frauenkirche, New Town Hall, Deutsches Museum, BMW Museum, and much more.
  • Full Day tour of Neuschwanstein Castle - the inspiration for Walt Disney’s castles.

College Credit: 
  • Students can register for HUMS 211, Summer 2019. Depending upon the amount of work undertaken, students can earn 1 to 3 credits (Arts & Humanities / Enrichment).
Additional Details: 
  • The trip is open to all BSC students, employees, community members, family members, etc.
    • Price per person (based on double occupancy): $3,300.
    • Single occupancy: add $255
    • Recommended insurance: from $110 to $364 (based upon tour price and age of traveler)
Registration and Payment:
  • Ten participants is the minimum required for this tour to run.
  • $500/person deposit plus optional insurance due within 3 days of submitting reservation
  • Payments made to Northland Travel (credit card payments add 5%).

  2. Final payment due on/before Friday, March 29, 2019.
