Who is eligible? Any General Education Transfer student (see list of qualifying programs below) student who applied to BSC prior to April 30, 2023, and has not yet registered for classes!
What's a Waiver
Like scholarships, waivers are used to offset college expenses and don’t need to be paid back. The General Education/Transfer Waiver will be applied to tuition only.
Waivers are not refundable and will reflect no more than the actual charge the waiver is specified for. Waivers may not carry forward to future semesters, students must be eligible for the waiver based on the waiver qualifications.

2. Applied and accepted to BSC prior to April 30, 2023
3. Not registered for courses as of June 27, 2023
4. Must be enrolled at least 12 credits.
Waiver Details:
1. The $500 waiver only applied to tuition.
2. Waiver is for Fall 2023 only.
3. Recipient is responsible for fees, textbooks, and any other costs.
