Bismarck State College Career Services and Job Service North Dakota host the River Cities Job and Internship Fair Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. in the BSC National Energy Center of Excellence, Bavendick Stateroom.
The job fair offers career and networking opportunities for all job seekers including BSC students and graduates, military service members, veterans and the general public.
Information on full-time and part-time positions will be available from 74 area and regional businesses in such fields as banking, engineering, health, energy, construction, service industry, technology, office support, nursing, human services, law enforcement, retail/sales, food processing, transportation, government, light manufacturing, and more.
BSC students and others are encouraged to bring their resume and dress for success.
Jay Meier, BSC director of counseling and advising, said the event has grown from a part-time event for mostly BSC students to a full-blown job fair collaboration with Job Service. It was named River Cities Job Fair in 2011.
