BSC Baroque concert scheduled Nov. 5

Bismarck State College presents its annual Baroque Festival concert at noon Thursday, Nov. 5, in the Leach Music Center within Schafer Hall.
Faculty and students will perform solo and ensemble works by J.S. Bach, Handel, Purcell, Vivaldi, Mouret, and others during the 50-minute concert that is free to the public.
Several vocal and instrumental chamber groups perform, including the Chamber Singers, Women's Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, Brass Ensemble, and Guitar Ensemble. Faculty directors are Andrew Miller, Clyde Bauman, Rob Peske, John Darling and Doug Klein, respectively.
Featured soloists are student vocalists Andrew Wickenheiser and Sarah Bauman, and faculty members Clyde Bauman, tenor, Dawn Hagerott, soprano, and Michael Langer, piano.
