Program Description

This degree is designed to provide strengths in communication, leadership, and managerial skills, allowing students to pursue a wide range of careers in business in every industry. It also provides students interested in pursuing entrepreneurial dreams the knowledge base to help them accomplish their goals. Within this degree pathway, students have many options including applying previous college credit toward this degree or options to customize their degree to meet in-demand skills through stackable certificates in Entrepreneurship, Management, Sports and Fitness Entrepreneurship, and Sports and Fitness Management. The AAS degrees in Management and Management Entrepreneurship can also be stacked into this BAS degree

Students who complete the curriculum requirements can earn a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management & Leadership.
