Applications will not be processed until the $35 application fee is submitted. For fastest processing, we recommend you pay this fee online with a credit card when you submit your application. Payment can also be made later through the BSC Student Finance office.

Students who meet one of the following criteria are exempt from the application fee:

• You previously paid the application fee
• You are current military and as proof provide one of the following:
  • Control Access Card (CAC) – verification must be submitted in person
  • Military orders indicating active-duty status
  • Most recent copy of Military Leave and Earning Statement (LES)
• You are a Veteran and as proof provide
  • DD Form 214 with a Character of Service designation that is other than dishonorable
