• LinkedIn – A professional networking site where you can find job listings, connect with employers, and showcase your resume.
• USAJobs.gov – The official job site of the U.S. federal government.

• OMB Team ND Careers – North Dakota Office of Management and Budget's career portal for state job openings
• ND Workforce Connection – North Dakota’s workforce development and job match system
• Employment | Bismarck State College – For BSC student employee positions, part-time or full-time staff roles, or a faculty position

When searching for jobs online, it's important to stay vigilant. Legitimate employers will never request sensitive personal information—such as your Social Security number or banking details—during the initial application process. Be cautious of job postings that:

• Promise unusually high pay for minimal work
• Require upfront payments or purchases
• Use vague or unverifiable contact information

College students and community members seeking employment can meet with more than 100 employers, discuss career options and network with other business professionals in a variety of industries. BSC Human Resources representatives will also be available to discuss career opportunities at BSC. Attendees are advised to bring a resume and dress professionally.
