computercentermainpage.jpgInformation Technology Solutions & Services (ITSS) provides support services for students and employees.  Departments that fall under ITSS include:
  • Computer & Support Services (Help Desk)
  • Server Operations
  • Application Development
  • Network and Telecommunications Services

The Help Desk provides technology support for students and employees in a variety of areas. This includes hardware and software support for BSC owned computer equipment, as well as assisting students with questions and issues related to their NDUS account, student email account, network access (logging onto lab computers and connecting to our wireless networks), Multi-Factor Authentication and Mystic Print.
