Application for Degree Confirmation

Thank you for submitting a BSC Application for Degree! 

  • Check your BSC email frequently! Any questions about your application will be sent there. We will only act on information from that email address.
  • Refer to Prepare to Graduate for Application for Degree process details, including how to view your graduation status in CampusConnection.

Additional Information: 

Changes, Updates and/or Cancellations 

  • To make any changes to your Application for Degree, send an email from your BSC email account to bsc.records@bismarckstate.edu detailing the changes.

Continuing Enrollment 

  • If you indicated that you will be attending BSC immediately following graduation, you must complete a Continuing Enrollment form to be eligible for future enrollment. 

Legacy Graduate 

  • If you are attending the Commencement Ceremony and have a parent or grandparent that graduated from BSC or BJC, you may be eligible to receive a special cord to wear at Commencement.  Request a legacy cord. 

Military/Veteran Graduate 

  • Students who have served or are currently serving in a branch of the U.S. armed forces will be recognized at Commencement by wearing a red, white, and blue honor cord. Military honor cords are provided at no cost. Students should email Veterans Services at bsc.military@bismarckstate.edu to see if they are eligible to receive a cord to wear at Commencement.
