systems operational LOCKDOWN BROWSER EXAMS/QUIZZES: The updated version of LockDown Browser (LDB) which addresses the crashing issue has been released. Students may update their currently installed browser by following the instructions at this link, or download the full version from their My BSC page in Bb. If students continue to have issues with LDB they should contact the Bb help desk at 844-348-3963.

Try the Blackboard Browser Checker to see if your computer & browser are supported. Complete browser and plug-in information may be checked from your My BSC landing page after logging in.

Use your Campus Connection ID and password to log in to Bb. Your Campus Connection ID is the first part of your BSC email address. For example, if your email address is use john.doe as your online course username, along with your Campus Connection password.

NOTE:  Microsoft Edge, the default Windows 10 browser, is very problematic and not recommended for use with Bb. Google Chrome is not reliable when playing Adobe Flash content and may also provide inconsistent results.

STUDENTS:  You WILL NOT see the courses in which you are registered until the first day of class.  Your instructor will make the course available when ready and the help desk cannot provide early access.

In addition to your BSC courses, a student orientation course is available from your course list on your My BSC page to introduce you to Bb.  There are also short, topic-based videos to help you out under the On Demand Help module, also on your My BSC page.
