Billing and Payment Options

BSC strives to ensure that paying your bills is a straightforward process. We offer a number of ways to pay, and our Student Finance office is available to answer your questions any time. Below you’ll find some questions often asked by students. If you don’t find the answer you need here, please contact us.


When do I need to pay?

Tuition and fees are due the first day of classes for each respective class in which the student is enrolled. With classes starting at different times throughout the semester, you'll want to check your Campus Connection account to see when your tuition/fees are due. 

Housing payments for students living in the residence are due the day you move in.

How do I make a payment?

Easily pay your bill through your Campus Connection account with check, credit card, or debit card.
  • Log into your Campus Connection account, Click on Financial Account > Pay Online Now. (You will click Pay Online Now twice)
  • It may take up to a minuet to connect to Touchnet, which is our payment gateway for online payments at Bismarck State College.
  • Your student account balance screen will appear so click on Make Payment.
  • You will see options to pay current balance, amount due or pay by term. You can select any of these and then enter the amount you would like to pay in the empty box listed to the right of your selection.
  • Payment can be made with credit/debit card or check.

*Any payment returned, due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), Account Closed or Account Not Found, will result in a $25.00 Returned Payment fee assessed to the student's account.

If you receive a voice mail message, please leave a clear message with your full name, day and evening phone number and short message. We will return your call within 24 business hours.

I can’t pay my bill by the due date! What should I do?

Don’t panic! You can pay as the funds become available to you as long as the account is paid in full within the term the charges are received. You may still attend class for the term as you work to resolve your bill.
